The only reported example of this specific type was sold on:

SARC Auction 17, Lot 489 (9/19/2013)

“A-1492Fvar … apparently unpublished type, EF, RRRR. This coin suggests that al-Fadl II ruled somewhere prior to the death of his predecessor Shawur in 459 / 1067, as Tughril Beg died in 455 / 1063.”

Interesting fact

One interesting fact about this coin is that it was issued during the reign of al-Fadl II b. Shawur, who was a member of the Shaddadid dynasty, which was a Persianate Muslim dynasty that ruled parts of the Caucasus, including Ganja, from the 10th to the 12th century. The coin's design and inscriptions reflect the cultural and religious influences of the time, with the use of Arabic script and Islamic symbols. Additionally, the fact that it was made of silver and weighs 0.60 g suggests that it was a widely used and circulated coin during its time.
