Reverse
Kalima in angular calligraphy arranged in square, names of Rashidun around; in centre: duriba bi-Aydhaj, The design and calligraphy of the anonymous reverse die closely resemble Jalayrid dinars of Hasan Buzurg (and Uways I) issued in the 750s but, most unusually, the centre clearly cites the mint name 'Aydhaj'. Aydhaj is well known for striking silver at this period but was not formerly regarded as an issuer of gold coins. It has been proposed that the present piece may represent an emergency coinage, re-using an obsolete (and, perhaps, modified) Ilkhanid obverse die and actually struck circa 756h, during a brief period when Aydhaj came under Hasan Buzurg's control.

Interesting fact
One interesting fact about this coin is that it was issued during the reign of Hasan Bozorg, also known as Aydhaj, who was the fourth Sultan of the Jalayirid dynasty. He ruled from 1335 to 1356 and was known for his military campaigns and administrative reforms. The coin itself is made of gold and weighs 4.22 grams, making it a valuable and rare artifact for collectors and historians.
