One interesting fact about this coin is that it was minted during the reign of Vasily I Dmitriyevich, also known as Vasily the Dark, who was the Grand Prince of Moscow from 1380 to 1425. Despite his nickname, Vasily I was known for his efforts to modernize and strengthen the Moscow Principality, and his reign saw significant cultural and economic advancements. The coin itself is made of silver and features an image of the prince on one side and an inscription in Cyrillic on the other.
