Interesting fact

The reverse side of the coin features an image of Pax, the Roman goddess of peace, standing on the prow of a ship, holding an olive branch and a scepter. This design was meant to symbolize the peaceful reign of Septimius Severus and the prosperity of the Roman Empire under his rule.
