Interesting fact
The Denarius - Galba coin was minted during the reign of Emperor Galba, who ruled the Roman Empire from 68 to 69 AD. One of the unique features of this coin is that it features the goddess Victory on the reverse side, which was a departure from the traditional depiction of the Roman goddess Roma on the reverse of Denarius coins. This change in design was a nod to Galba's military background and his victory over the rebellious governor of Germania, Vitellius. The coin's design was meant to symbolize the power and triumph of the Roman Empire under Galba's leadership.
