The Denarius - Galba and Livia (DIVA AVGVSTA) coin was minted during the reign of Emperor Galba, who ruled the Roman Empire from 68 to 69 AD. The coin features an image of Galba's mother, Livia, on the obverse (front side), which was a departure from the traditional depiction of Roman emperors on coins. This was a strategic move by Galba to gain the support of the Roman people by highlighting his family ties and connection to the previous emperor, Nero.
