There is some uncertainty about the ruling authority and date, but the obverse design closely matches that of the ducat issued by William V in the name of emperor Ferdinant (see link)

Interesting fact

The "Saint Ludger Daalder" coin features an image of Saint Ludger, the patron saint of the diocese of Munster, on one side, and William V of Bronckhorst on the other.
