Interesting fact

The coin , the Standard circulation coin As (100 BC - 20 BC) from Gadir (Punic Iberia) made of Bronze weighing 10 g, features a unique design that reflects the cultural exchange and influence of the Punic Empire in the region. The coin's obverse side bears the image of a Phoenician galley, a symbol of the Punic Empire's maritime power and trade networks, while the reverse side features a stylized image of a wild boar, which was a common motif in ancient Iberian art. This blending of cultural elements and symbols highlights the rich cultural heritage of the region and the exchange of ideas and influences that occurred during the Punic Empire's reign.
