Interesting fact

The 80 Réis coin from Brazil, minted between 1820 and 1823 during the reign of King João VI, features an interesting design element. On the obverse side of the coin, the king's crown is depicted with a small bird, known as a " Tangará", perched on top. This tiny bird is a symbol of good luck and prosperity in Brazilian culture, and its presence on the coin was meant to signify the king's desire for a prosperous and peaceful reign.
