This coin is not mentioned by Muntalmanak.Minted at European Central Mint in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
It should be noted that the "European Central Mint" was a private company with no connection to the European Central Bank. It was raided by Dutch police in 2013 and shut down. The owner used the mint to produce counterfeit GBP pound coins. See https://coinsweekly.com/european-central-mint-exposed-as-pivot-of-counterfeiting-ring/
