Interesting fact
The 8 Skilling Dansk coin from Denmark, minted in 1695 during the reign of Christian V, features an error in the inscription on the reverse side. The word "Dansk" was mistakenly spelled "Danske" instead. This error was not corrected until a later minting, making the coins with the error highly sought after by collectors.
