Comment
Siege coinage of Týn nad Vltavou is dubious and some sources point to them being more modern fakes. However, two pieces were found by metal detectors on the battlefield of Austerlitz.Minted in Týn nad Vltavou/Tyn an der Moldau.
Also called "goat coins" because soldiers use to pay for goats with those.
Exist also as 3 and 5 Kreuzer with different types of all 3 values.
Some coins have Milit on both sides.
Interesting fact
One interesting fact about the 7 Kreuzers - Francis II (Siege coinage Týn nad Vltavou) 1799 from Kingdom of Bohemia made of Lead is that it was used as a form of emergency currency during the Napoleonic Wars. The coin was minted in 1799, during a time when the Kingdom of Bohemia was facing a severe shortage of coinage due to the war. To address this issue, the government decided to mint coins made of lead, which was a cheaper and more readily available material than traditional metals like silver or gold. This coin is a rare example of a lead coin that was used as a form of currency during this time period.
