Interesting fact
This coin features a unique design element - a small shield with the coat of arms of the Bishop of Münster, which was added to the obverse (front) side of the coin. This shield was not present on earlier issues of the 6 Pfennigs coin, and its inclusion on this particular coin may have been a way to signify the coin's issuance by the Cathedral chapter of Münster.
