Interesting fact

The 5000 Lira coin from Turkey was designed by sculptor and engraver, Turgut Özal. The obverse side of the coin features a portrait of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder and first President of Turkey, while the reverse side features an image of the Hagia Sophia, a famous Byzantine church in Istanbul that was later converted into a mosque. The coin's design was meant to symbolize the country's rich history and cultural heritage.
