Abilkhan Kasteev (Kazakh: Әбілхан Қастеев; 1904—1973) was a Kazakhstani painter. He was highly decorated, winning the National Artist of Kazakh SSR, and The Laureate of the Chokan Valikhanov State Premium of the Kazakh SSR.
