During 1949-1972, a total of 3,975,654 pieces were restruck, most likely dated 1947.
In 1996 matte restrikes were produced.
In the late 1950s, five coins were restruck for collector Edward Metcalf in Platinum.
1943 dated coins omitted the denomination (50 pesos) and are listed as KM# 482 (click link below).
Interesting fact
