Photo by ARCHIVIIO GBB 1931 - In 1931 Princess Elizabeth was a bridesmaid at the wedding of Lady May Cambridge and Capt. Henry Abel Smith at Balcombe in Sussex. Then, for her 6th birthday in 1932, the Princess was gifted a life-size dolls house by the people of Wales. This massive 24 foot long doll's house still resides on the grounds of the Royal Lodge of Windsor, where current royal children get to enjoy it.
