One interesting fact about this coin is that it features a unique design that showcases the Christmas traditions of Guernsey, a British crown dependency in the English Channel. The coin's obverse side features a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, while the reverse side depicts a festive scene of a family gathered around a Christmas tree, surrounded by traditional Guernsey Christmas decorations such as candles, holly, and mistletoe.
