Part of 10 coin set of colour and plane silverInteresting fact
One interesting fact about this coin is that it features a unique design that showcases the Christmas traditions of Guernsey, a British crown dependency in the English Channel. The coin's obverse side features a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, while the reverse side depicts a festive scene of a family gathered around a Christmas tree, surrounded by traditional Guernsey Christmas decorations such as candles, holly, and mistletoe. The coin's design is the work of local artist, Joanne Le Vellé, who was commissioned by the Guernsey Royal Court to create a special design that would reflect the island's festive traditions.
