Comparing 2007, 2008 and 2009 years you can see many differences between 2007 and the following years. The first one regards the look of the coin, the 2007 is matte and has a rough finish on both sides. Another difference is in the position of the lettering in the obverse (see the arrows in the picture): the upper left corner of the heptagon corresponds to TH of Elizabeth II in 2007 year and to the space between H and II in the following years. The upper right corner corresponds to the B of Gibraltar in 2007 and to RA in the following years.
