The coin was issued to commemorate the United Kingdom officially exiting the European Union on 31st January 2020 and was announced by the then Chancellor of the Exchequer, Sajid Javid. It was also issued in copper-nickel, silver proof and gold piedfort. Issue limit: 1,500.
