Interesting fact

One interesting fact about this coin is that it was designed by sculptor and coin designer, Timothy Noad. The coin features a unique design that showcases the Team GB Olympic team's logo, along with the year "2016" and the words "TEAM GB" inscribed in a circular pattern around the edge of the coin. This design was chosen to commemorate the 2016 Summer Olympics, which were held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
