Interesting fact

One interesting fact about this coin is that it features a unique design depicting Queen Elizabeth II in a dynamic pose, tossing a handball. This design was created by sculptor David Cornell and was the first time that the Queen had been depicted in such an active pose on a coin. The coin was issued to commemorate the 2012 London Olympics and was released into circulation in 2011.
