One of the first coins to be issued under the reign of King Charles III, released on Monday October 3rd 2022 at 9am to commemorate the life and legacy of Queen Elizabeth II. Due to unprecedented demand, the mintage was unlimited until 31st December 2022.The coin was issued individually (1,106 sales) as well as in a coin and stamp cover (13 sales) and in tubes (155 sales) was also struck in copper-nickel, silver proof, silver piedfort, gold piedfort and platinum proof.
