Since its launch in 1988, the Royal Canadian Mint's iconic Silver Maple Leaf (SML) bullion coin has enjoyed great popularity. Not only is this special edition paying tribute to the original coin the first Mint FÉA coin to be plated with black rhodium, it is also debossed on both sides.
