Released in Spring 2015The latent image shows either a star or a crescent directed East, depending on the direction of the main source of light and the angle of the coin. Since 2011 a crescent and a star appear on the flag of Libya, the star pointing left to the crescent facing East.
This type of well was used mostly for irrigation. It was a construction which could yield a big quantity of water with each pull, so it needed the force of domestic animals. Water was flowing through special canals to irrigate crop fields.
