The RAM designed and issued this partially coloured NCLT 50 cent AIATSIS (Australian Institute of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies) coin to celebrate 50 years of the institute dedicated to recognising and appreciating the values and culture of Australia's indigenous people. It was issued in a large coincard.
