The image on the tin is the Alexandra Club Christmas billy tin design which features a kangaroo on the Gallipoli peninsula. The design includes the inscription ‘1915 – Billies for the Troops’, a red poppy, and The Perth Mint’s traditional ‘P’ mintmark.

Comment

The Perth Mint issued three half-ounce coloured silver proof 50c coins each year between 2014 and 2018 to make a 15-coin collection called the 2014-2018 15-Coin ANZAC Spirit 100th Anniversary ½oz 50c Series. This was the second coin in the second set of 3 coins issued in 2015.

This image depicts the full set of 15 coins.
