Interesting fact

The November Uprising coin was designed by Polish artist and sculptor, Antoni Madeyski, and features a high-relief image of a Polish eagle on the obverse side, with the inscription "RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA" (Polish Republic) above it. The reverse side of the coin features an image of a soldier holding a rifle and a flag, with the inscription "POWSTANIE LISTOPADOWE" (November Uprising) below it. The coin was minted in 1930 to commemorate the 25th anniversary of Poland's independence, which was achieved in 1918 after more than a century of foreign rule.
