Interesting fact
The Nike coin was designed by Polish artist and sculptor, Antoni Madeyski, and it features an image of Nike, the Greek goddess of victory, on the obverse side. The reverse side of the coin features the Polish coat of arms and the denomination. The coin was minted in 1928 as a trial strike, which means it was not intended for circulation but rather as a test run to evaluate the design and production process. As a result, only 30 of these coins were minted, making them extremely rare and highly sought after by collectors.
