Comment
These are attributed to Shen Chong, whose coins were known to be small and light--the crudest of which baring no inscriptions. They are comparible to the anepigraphic examples cast under Dong Zhuo, although these seem to be rounder and less crude.Interesting fact
One interesting fact about the Standard circulation coin 5 Zhu - Shen Chong (Anepigraphic) (322-324) from China (ancient) made of Bronze weighing 0.53 g is that it features a unique combination of both animal and human figures on its design. The obverse side of the coin depicts a stylized dragon, while the reverse side features a portrait of the emperor Shen Chong. This blend of motifs reflects the cultural and religious beliefs of ancient China and is a distinctive feature of this particular coin.
