Comment
Added in Krause 2018 under KM#65 with note: "Not officially issued"; however, this coin has slightly different design and weight, and should have a different KM#.
A possibility of a normal coin (KM#65) 2001 that exists, but that's not proven yet
Interesting fact
The Pattern 5 Rupees coin from Pakistan features a unique design that showcases the country's cultural heritage. The obverse side of the coin features a portrait of Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the founder of Pakistan, while the reverse side features a depiction of the Mohenjo-Daro ruins, which are the remains of an ancient Indus Valley Civilization city that dates back to around 2500 BCE. This coin is a great example of how numismatics can serve as a window into a country's history and cultural identity.
