The Defense of Sevastopol coin was issued in 2015 to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the defense of Sevastopol during the Crimean War. The coin features an image of the Sevastopol Panorama Museum on one side and the Russian coat of arms on the other. The coin's design was created by prominent Russian artist, Vladimir A. Arsentiev.
