The eleventh design in The Queen's Beasts series, which brings together all ten Beasts for the first time, from the Lion of England in 2016 to the Griffin of Edward III in 2021. The 10 Beasts are a representation of the statues that stood in Westminster Abbey for The Queen's Coronation in 1953. The statues are now on display in the Canadian Museum of History.There are various Queen's Beasts Completer coins issued with differing metals and denominations, which all share Jody Clark's design. This strike was issued individually and not in the 10-coin set of the same year. Issue limit: 750.

Interesting fact
One interesting fact about the coin is that it is part of a series of coins known as "The Queen's Beasts" which was inspired by the ten heraldic beasts that were present at the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II in 1953. Each coin in the series features a different beast, and the 2021 coin features the final beast in the series, the Griffin. The Griffin is a mythical creature with the body of a lion and the head and wings of an eagle, and it is said to symbolize strength, courage, and protection.
