Issued individually the coin was also struck in copper-nickel, silver piedfort, gold proof and platinum piedfort. Issue Limit: 35,000250 issued as part of a 3 coin set which also included a 1972 Silver Wedding crown silver proof and a 1997 Golden Wedding £5 silver proof, sourced from the secondary market.
Interesting fact
One interesting fact about the coin is that it was issued to commemorate the 60th wedding anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.
