The first design in The Queen's Beasts BU series, there are a total of ten Beasts representing the statues that stood in Westminster Abbey on the Queen's Coronation in 1953. The original statues are now on display in the Canadian Museum of History at Gatineau, whilst James Woodford's sculpted replicas stand in the Royal Botanical Gardens at Kew, London.Originally struck in 2017 and issued individually in a Brilliant Uncirculated pack.
