Interesting fact
One interesting fact about the Pattern 5 Kuna (Pattern; Silver) 1943 from Independent State of Croatia (Yugoslavia) made of Silver weighing 4.25g is that it was designed by the Croatian artist, Ivan Meštrović. Meštrović was a renowned sculptor and designer who was commissioned by the Ustaše regime to create the design for the coin. The coin features a stylized image of a Croatian peasant on one side and the Ustaše emblem on the other. The coin was never put into circulation, but it is considered a rare and valuable collector's item among numismatists.
