The coin is dedicated to Volodymyr Ivanovych Vernadsky, a world-famous scientist in the area of natural history, mineralogist, crystallographer, the founder of geochemistry, biogeochemistry and radiogeology, a thinker, philosopher, the first president of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences and founder of the first research library in Ukraine.Interesting fact
