Against the backdrop of a stylized scheme of nucleic acids, is a clock, which symbolizes eternity, time and its brevity; in the center of the clock are the smooth silhouettes of a man and a woman, above which, against a black background, are colored, entwined symbols that symbolize the male and female sex (pad printing); there are the following vertical legends: THE HUMAN • TIME • SPACE (to the left) and ЛЮДИНА • ЧАС • ПРОСТІР (to the right).
