The coin is dedicated to the Dormition Cathedral, an Old Rus architectural monument, built by Prince Mstyslav Iziaslavovych in 1156-1160 in the city of Volodymyr - the center of Volynian Principality, the city of chronicle writing (currently - the city of Volodmyr-Volynskyi).
