The commemorative coin is dedicated to a unique world-famous monument of landscape architecture of the XIXth century situated in the south-east part of the Chernihiv Oblast. The Arboretum was created thanks to the efforts of Ivan Mykhailovych Skoropadskyi and at his own expense using the methods of artificial terrain formation. The unique collections of introduced woody plants of the Arboretum have been included in the State Register of Scientific Importance Sites being the national patrimony of Ukraine.Interesting fact
