The coin is dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the Melitopol Offensive Operation resulting in the breakthrough of the German defensive line Wotan by the Soviet Army, to the event that became the start of defeat of the enemy and liberation of the South-East part of Ukraine together with Crimea from the fascist invaders.Interesting fact
