Suske and Wiske are the brainchildren of Willy Vandersteen. They met for the first time "Op het Eiland Amoras", a comic that appeared in the newspaper in 1945 and shortly thereafter was released in album form.Since that very first comic, Luke and Lucy, together with aunt Sidonia, Lambik, and Jerom, have already experienced more than 350 adventures.
