Obverse
Die 1 - thin script, all details are small, tall letters in motto 'THE LOVE OF LIBERTY BROUGHT US HERE'.
Die 2 - bold script, all details are large, short letters in motto.



Reverse
Die A - portrait a bit rotated to observer and the right eyebrow visible on the portrait, thin script, all details are fine, numeral '1' on image of 1 Euro cent coin far from the rim.
Die B - portrait in complete profile and the right eyebrow is not visible, bold script, all details are rude, numeral '1' on image of 1 Euro cent coin touches the rim.
Note. For die B is different from die A many other impressive differences are visible, not all of them are described.
