This Sterling Silver coin features the Royal Albatross, one of the largest seabirds known. Renowned ocean wanderers, they travel vast distances from their breeding grounds to feed. The Royal Albatross, with its massive three metre wingspan, flies an estimated 190,000 kilometres a year.

The coin was issued individually in a capsule in a plush case. (1,700 copies)
 

It was also included in the 7 coin Proof Year Set. (2,000 copies)

Interesting fact
