Interesting fact

The Brown Bear coin, designed by Joan Martí i Alanis, was the first gold coin issued by Andorra. It was released in 1996 as a non-circulating coin, and it has a unique design that showcases the country's commitment to preserving the natural environment. The coin features an image of a brown bear, which is an important symbol of Andorra's wildlife, and the reverse side features the country's coat of arms. The coin's gold content and limited mintage make it a valuable collector's item for numismatists and coin enthusiasts.
