Interesting fact

One interesting fact about the 40 Batzen 1813 coin from the Canton of Zurich is that it was minted during a time of great economic and political change in Switzerland. The coin was issued during the Helvetic Republic, a short-lived federal state that existed from 1798 to 1803, and its design reflects the political and social upheaval of the time. The coin features an image of a plowman and a sheaf of grain on one side, and the coat of arms of Zurich on the other, symbolizing the importance of agriculture and local identity during this period. Despite its historical significance, the coin is relatively rare and valuable, making it a sought-after collector's item for numismatists.
