Uncertain mint (Birmingham, Brussels, or Phnom Pehn). Dated 1860, but struck circa 1875-1899.Similar to X#E9, listed in silver.

One interesting fact about the Pattern 4 Francs - Norodom I (Pattern) ND (1875-1899) from Cambodia made of Gold weighing 27.68 g is that it was designed by the French engraver, Ernest-Eugène Hiolle, who was also responsible for designing several other coins for Cambodia during the same period.
