The 3 Pfennigs coin from the Principality of Waldeck-Pyrmont, minted between 1797 and 1798, features an image of Frederick, the ruling prince of the principality, on one side. The other side bears the coat of arms of the principality. This coin was made of copper and weighed 3 grams. Despite its relatively small size and value, this coin is highly sought after by collectors today due to its historical significance and rarity. In fact, some mint-condition specimens have been known to sell for thousands of dollars at auction.
