This face of the coin shall bear the image of Parliament House with the National flag on top and seating
arrangement of the Rajya Sabha Chamber along with the portrait of “Mahatma Gandhi" in the center. The
inscription “ राज्य सभा का 250 वां सत्र ” in Hindi is depicted on the upper periphery of the coin and “250TH
SESSION OF RAJYA SABHA” in English is depicted on the lower periphery of the coin respectively. The year
2019 in international numerals shall be written below the image of Parliament House.
