This coin is very similar to another 25-Rupee coin for the Silver Jubilee of Hospital 2055 (1998), KM#1126(picture left side)Schön (in 2018) lists Schön# 407 as being the same as both KM# 1159 and KM# 1164. The description matches KM# 1159.
