This coin is very similar to another 25-Rupee coin for the Silver Jubilee of Hospital 2055 (1998), KM#1126(picture left side)Schön (in 2018) lists Schön# 407 as being the same as both KM# 1159 and KM# 1164. The description matches KM# 1159.
Interesting fact
One interesting fact about this coin is that it features an image of Gyanendra Bir Bikram, the last king of Nepal, on one side, and an image of the Nepal Netra Jyoti Sangh, a prominent eye hospital in Nepal, on the other side.
